I got 8 out of 8, but I think they might have posed a question incorrectly. It asks the charge of a neuron. Maybe they mean neuTron, which has no charge, because a neuron has a resting potential of about -70 to -80 mV.
wow, that makes me feel smarter 'cause I was thinking the same thing...well, that it should've been neuTron. I don't know anything about the rest of what you said though.
